"The court yard with the fire pits, s’mores kits and a multitude of games ranging from ping pong, shuffle board, corn hole and on and on. Wonderful seating and lounging areas both inside and outside. The staff was courteous and helpful. T.C. was exceptionally helpful and informed me of an extra perk that I wasn’t aware of…that although check out is 11am you can park there until 3pm without any additional charge. This was wonderful. We could have lunch on the waterfront before we left for the day. I would highly recommend staying at the Zephyr."

"Located near Pier 39 so was close to attractions, tours, eateries and transport. The waterfront was a hive of activity with lots of shopping available."

"Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed. We had a poolside room, very large and comfortable and super clean. The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"

"The location is great, beds were comfy. Everything else wasn’t. Parking is a nightmare with a super tight garage, multiple cars were seen with damage because of the tight turns and expensive at $35/night. I got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes and there is no stair access from the lobby. Elevators were down multiple times during my four night stay. Room was not actually ever cleaned, had to ask for extra essentials multiple times. When we asked to have our cleaned they didn’t do much other than throw away trash and place new towels."

"Amazing parking right next to everything staff was super nice and let us keep the keycard for free for the memory only thing is it can be a bit loud at night due to street life and homeless people but that’s San Francisco and part of California all else was amazing but they do charge for oversized vehicles would recommend bringing a small sized car"
