"* TV at lower number channels where local news is was fuzzy and difficult to see both in the evening and morning like you get when a storm comes through even the sky was clear and sunny * the water pressure in the bathroom sink was only a slight dribble - very hard to fill the sink to wash our face and brush our teeth * No facial tissue in the room - we were told none of the rooms had facial tissue * a plug in the wall in the room where a night light could be used was wallpapered over and not usable * Note said pool was closed for the season even though we are now in summer * breakfast room is dim and not well lit and a vending machine sells pastries which would normally be available for breakfast * somewhat dim lighting on the bathroom - no secondary lighting * towel rack was broken but only taped together, not a new one installed What really made it bad at this franchised hotel - the manager on duty told us that if we didn't like the way things were we could just check out and find another place. Very, very poor attitude of how to address problems!"

"We enjoyed our quick stay here. One note to the staff I would say that travelers do not like the fake eggs and we can tell. They are fake and gross. Other than that the hotel was nice overall."

"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and told to speak with a manager in the morning. Upon arrival to our room, our door clearly had evidence of being tampered with as shown in picture. Only to enter and find No blankets and some weird stains around the bed that left an uneasy feeling. But. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! It was an interesting evening with no support from the staff. And good luck finding a manager. Or any staff of authority. The breakfast was great if you wanted a cup of black coffee or biscuits, eggs and cereal. Wait. There were pancakes but they ran out of syrup and offered peanut butter or yogurt as an alternative. The lady tending the breakfast was really cool and definitely deserved some tips from the cast of characters she tried her best to accommodate despite her limited resources. The cast of characters you meet in the elevator and over breakfast, will likely end up a scene for a Netflix series. So looking forward to that. Highlight… Wally’s is across the street, and managed to turn our morning around! Consider this place an adventure, just bring yourself, some blankets and the courage to brace the night. Also.. still never found a manager and told we could call later… perhaps"
