"A fantastic week in a fabulous gem of a property. It is very evident from the moment you walk through the door that you are stepping into a very much loved home. Everything was as described in fact so much better. The house was spotless, location fantastic, the facilities amazing. It was very hot during our visit so the pool for a cool off and dip was great. The courtyard garden is so tranquil and peaceful. Martine and her partner are superb hosts. Thank you for the welcome chilled bottle of wine on arrival and for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home."

"Samuel the host met us and showed us around the property explaining all we needed to know. The property had air con in every room which was such a benefit in the very hot weather we had.The property overall was very good the garden a bit uneven under foot so could cause problems for someone unsteady walking. The kitchen in particular was fantastic and enough crockery and utensils to accomadate 20- 30 people if not more .The beds were all comfortable and with a family of 10 from 64 down to 2 we all slept well. Would definitely recommend this property for a rural holiday. Great cycling/ hiking track on your doorstep and shops within 5 min drive or supermarkets 15- 20 mins away"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. In beautiful surroundings with a rustic charm but with fantastic modern rooms. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you and were bilingual, which was a big help for me. Effortlessly conversing in English and German. The bed was comfy, the shower amazing and the TV a nice big size. The restaurant was fabulous and every meal I had there was delicious. I loved the outside areas too, either cooling off in the pool, reading a book in the tranquil gardens or having a coffee next to the river. The perfect stay!"
