Country house 8 people comfortable, large pool

Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir (30 km from Sarlat, 15 km from Les Eyzies, 3 km from Limeuil, 5 km from Le Bugue), Adele and Alain welcome you to their pleasant property. Very quiet, you will enjoy a traditional stone house modern comfort and well appointed. You also have a large swimming pool and a park of 10 hectares.

Our estate is ideally located between the Dordogne valley and the Vézère valley. Shops and many tourist sites nearby.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

With a total surface of 180 m², organized on 2 levels.

The house offers in the DRC:

A spacious kitchen and pantry, all equipped (large fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction table, hood, coffee maker ...).

A large living room with two sofas, coffee table, ottomans, armchairs, and large LCD TV connected.

The first floor consists of:

- A large double bedroom (160 cm bed), storage and LCD TV.

- A second large room (bed 140 cm and 2 beds 90 cm).

They share a large bathroom with a large Italian shower, sink and toilet.

- A third and very large double room (bed 160 cm), with its bathroom.

Independent toilets complete the floor.

OUTDOORS :

Private pool 6 x 14 m. The swimming pool is secured with alarm.

Covered terrace consisting of a living room with sofa and armchairs.

Outdoor terrace with large table and barbecue.

An independent shower room with WC.

Ping pong table.

The gite is exactly as described. It’s a fantastic calm and restful place ideal to decompress . It has plenty of space for a group to enjoy. The host Alain lives in adjacent property and is very discrete and accommodating. A very nice surprise on arrival was a large bowl of giroles which made an excellent meal. The location is excellent for exploring the locale. Canoeing on the Dordogne is a must as well as trips to Domme and Sarlat are highly recommended . The pool is first class and ideally not heated for a cool refreshing dip. Highly recommended so go and enjoy.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Le jardin est très agréable avec la piscine, très bien entretenu et très fleuri. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison.

just what we needed, a wonderful house and location. although the temperature was a bit crazy for the time of year at 32deg most days we had a thoroughly relaxing time, the pool was fab and a welcome cool dip several times a day made the temperature OK. will definitely book again,

A lovely property offering versatile accommodation and several spaces to eat Al fresco. Large pool with plenty of space including a useful external bathroom with shower for after swimming. Five minutes drive to Buisson and ten minutes to Bugge with a number of supermarkets.

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 adolescents de 14 ans et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La grande maison est organisée sur plusieurs niveaux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charme et le calme du jardin et de la nature environnante. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps autour de la belle et grande piscine très bien entretenue. La situation est parfaite pour découvrir la région tout en profitant du calme de la campagne. Alain est un hôte discret, très disponible, et qui propose un excellent accueil.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison avec un terrain magnifique : le jardin paysagé, la piscine, la vue dégagée sur les champs, au calme... Un vrai bonheur ! Le propriétaire est très disponible et nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Un vrai plaisir de discuter avec lui. La maison est très bien positionnée dans le Périgord noir et permet d'accéder à tous les sites touristiques majeurs en moins d'une heure en voiture. Le village LE BUGUE est à 10 mn et dispose toutes les boutiques et supermarché nécessaires, avec un superbe marché. La maison offre de bonnes prestations avec tout le confort. Attention : chaque pièce a son propre niveau et un escalier pour passer à une autre pièce. Donc, à déconseiller pour les très jeunes enfants (-6 ans), les handicapés, les personnes âgées et les grandes personnes (+1,80m). Nous recommandons cette location avec enthousiasme.

Comment vous décrire le Paradis, un Hôte au delà de toutes nos espérances, un accueil chaleureux, Alain toujours à notre disposition et à notre écoute, tout en restant très discret, sans oublier toutes ses délicates attentions. La location un pur bonheur de calme, de propreté, la piscine un pur délice...En fait nous n'avons pas les mots tellement notre séjour a été idyllique que du +++++. Encore un grand merci Alain pour cette merveilleuse semaine, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...Lucie & C°.

Set in 27 acres, this is the perfect peaceful location for visiting the beautiful villages and chateaux of the Dordogne. The fabulous pool is not heated but we swam every day of our 18 night stay in September. Take pool toys/floats if you wish to play. Well equipped kitchen. Rooms are located over several levels accessed via various stairways which may cause some people problems. There is no English TV and owner does not speak any English.

We had a fantastic stay in this delightful property. The house is spacious and quirky, lots of different levels and spaces to spread out into. The grounds are gorgeous, especially the pool area. As the weather was hot we spent most of our time relaxing in the shade or swimming in the large pool. We enjoyed spotting a variety of wildlife including deer, red squirrels and frogs. Alain was a super host, keeping the pool really clean and offering advice about the local area/best restaurants etc. Really enjoyed our holiday, thank you!

The house is beautiful in design. It’s homely with all mod cons. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden area tranquil with shaded table for outside dining. The pool is very clean and with everything well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Der Vermieter Alain hat uns überaus freudlich empfangen und dieser erste Eindruck hat sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts erhalten. Immer war Alain freudlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig. Wir haben uns eine Woche lang in dem Haus ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.
