Beautiful studio of 34 m² with panoramic sea view, completely renovated, south-west facing, located on the 1st floor of a villa, in a beautiful Creole style residence secured (access by badge) and trees (tropical garden).

Sandy beach and infinity pool with sea views (1000 m²) in the residence. Restaurant on the beach.
Terrace with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, griddle, microwave / grill, Nespresso, kettle, toaster ...)
Air-conditioned room with queen size bed 160 x 200, flat screen TV, desk.
Shower room with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine, hair dryer.
