The refusal to check us in, coupled with the lack of courtesy, was completely unacceptable Left us stranded with no help or empathy. Avoid this hotel if you expect polite service.""

"The best hotel for kids. The pool and the indoor playground are so nice to have. Both my baby and big kid had so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. While there was no free breakfast it was very reasonably priced. The room was quite small. We had a standard room with two queen beds but the room itself felt very cramped. We would get a bigger room next time with the 4 of us."
