Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). A large living room with a lounge and dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two twin beds (80 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one mezzanine with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) for two people.
