New studio (December 2019) of 20 m² located in St Gildas de Rhuys
consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (140x200 bed), a shower room / WC and a terrace.
Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
We are 600 m from the sea and close to the shops.
Located in a quiet subdivision.
The Pointe du Grand Mont is magnificent. Still well preserved, it offers a magnificent panorama of the Atlantic: Le Croisic, Hoedic, Houat, Belle-Île, Quiberon, etc.
