It comprises:
- An entrance hall (with closet) leading to the living area.

A small, functional kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove (bottled gas), dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. A living area with a table and 4 chairs, and a sleeping area with a sofa bed. Adjoining this is a room (closed off with a curtain) with two single bunk beds. A shower room and separate toilet complete the apartment.

The keys are in a key box (location will be provided upon booking).

Shared parking is available next to the building.

The apartment is equipped with duvets, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

It does not include linens or bedding. Optional extras available upon request.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. NO SMOKING - NO PETS ALLOWED.
Please remember that it is strictly forbidden to plug an electric vehicle into a standard outlet (apartment or common area) - risk of fire.
