Received a call from Carlos from Expedia at 12:30 a.m., morning of departure, anouncing us Hotel 1212 would not honor our stay anymore.
Good thing we were booked through Expedia, they went out of their way to relocate us to a 5 star accommodation, minutes before we left that morning...
30 minute long phone call worth every minute.....
