Great place to stay

Modern decoration, comfortable and excellent facilities. Two minutes walk to Rochebonne Plage. Walking distance of Old Town. Wins our vote and would happily stay here again.

The house is very comfortable, modern and well equipped, and at a really close walking distance to the beach and grocery stores (as well as a farmer’s market twice a week). We had all the ustensiles and dishes necessary to cook and a nice dining table to enjoy family meals. Great stay, highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Loft Ferienhaus mit hochwertiger und kompletter Ausstattung. Grüner Innenhof mit viel Privatsphäre, optimal zum relaxen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Rene und Brigitte sind super Gastgeber, die uns sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen haben. Die Lage ist optimal sowohl zur Strandpromenade/ Strand als auch zu Supermärkten und Bäckern. Ins Zentrum von St Malo ist es ein schöner Spaziergang von gut 30 Minuten. Ort und Unterkunft sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Jour de l'an à Saint-Malo

Avec un couple d'amis, nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette location au moment du réveillon du 31 décembre. La maison est très confortable avec un super design moderne. Elle est très bien située dans le quartier huppé de Courtoisville, à proximité du Sillon et de nombreux commerces. Les propriétaires sont charmants et s'occupent en personne de l'accueil/ remise des clés et des formalités du départ.

C'est une maison de ville transformée en loft moderne. C'est propre, fonctionnel, luxueux, proche de la plage et de la ville... Petit bemol pour l'arrivée qui n'est pas autonome et il faut donner une heure précise et quand on vient de loin c'est difficile car les gens ne sont pas sur place. Mais c'est un détail insignifiant. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa arredata con gusto funzionale ben attrezzata con garage e veranda giardino interna dove mangiare comodamente. Gentile l'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari che ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni del caso. Location ottima vicino alla spiaggia e a pochi minuti a piedi da negozi e ristoranti .Quartiere tranquillo. Siamo stati veramente bene come a casa!
