Great location

A delightful, well equipped apartment - comfortable with everything we needed. On site parking which was a blessing. Close to the port and within walking distance of restaurants & shops & beautiful walks.

A comfortable place in Saint-Malo

The house is quite pleasant with a lot of equipment and a private garden on the ground floor, and nice welcome by Lysiane. The location is close to the most interesting areas in Saint-Malo, but also a quiet place to stay for holidays.

Perfectly positioned property

Very comfortable, well-equipped property with the benefit of a sheltered sunny garden, and lovely weather to make the most of it. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and, of course, the walled city of St Malo are within walking distance, but the peninsula itself is very attractive. We would highly recommend this as a base, with or without a car.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung am Tour Solidor

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage in Saint-Servan. Es ist nicht weit zu den Stränden, Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Dazu gehören ein Garten und ein Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Remarquable

Les photos sur le site ne reflètent que partiellement le charme de cet appartement chaleureux et décoré avec le meilleur goût. Spacieux, très bien équipé, les chambres disposent de nombreux rangements fort appréciables. L’accès au jardin partagé où l’on peut garer sa voiture est un plus. Idéalement situé à 30mn de marche de Saint-Malo ”intra-muros”, il permet de faire d’agréables ballades aux alentours. Une brasserie très chaleureuse, en face de la place permet de s’y restaurer le midi (snack le soir), et le front de mer dispose d’agréables crêperies et restaurants très abordables. Lysiane est une hôte chaleureuse, très à l’écoute et disponible, qui met à disposition un recueil des meilleures adresses de la région. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir.À recommander inconditionnellement.

Les : l'emplacement, la superficie du gîte, la possibilité de garage sur place. les bonnes adresses dans le livret, les indications précises.Les - : un rafraîchissement de la copropriété et de l'appartement seraient bienvenus, le détecteur de monoxyde de carbone est manquant malgré un chauffage gaz, l'absence de la propriétaire.Nous avons passé un bon séjour eu égard à l'emplacement du gîte proche de Solidor et non loin de la citadelle à pieds.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Très bon sejour

Le logement est conforme à la description. Il est spacieux, la petite vue mer de la pièce est fort appréciable. L'appartement est situé en coin de rue mais le double vitrage est très bon et l'emplacement sur une place le rend silencieux la nuit. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Lysiane sont un plus, l'accès au jardin et à la table de ping ont été appréciés par les enfants.

Excellent séjour

Appartement confortable et propre, très bien équipé avec une literie de qualité. Idéalement situé dans la cité d'Alet, quartier plein de charme où commerces restaurants et promenades en bord de mer sont accessibles à pied. Malgré son absence pendant notre séjour Lysiane a fait en sorte que tout se passe bien. Nous reviendrons !
