Never again

It started bad, and didn't improve. The moment I was about to press the "reservation" button on my phone, a message appeard "The price has just gone up 6 euros". I should have aborted right then and there, but I was too tired to search for another hotel so I booked it. The site said "arrivals until 9pm". I arrived at 8.15, only to find the reception closed. I had to look for the automatic check-in machine. There I saw that I still had to pay the tourist tax by card, but the machine refused to accept my American Express card. I tried several other cards, finally my Wise Visa card was accepted. When I opened the door to my room, there was another person already in it. Apparently they had booked the same room twice. We both went downstairs and since the reception was closed we had to go to the breakfast room where we saw some employees. When we entered we were greeted by angry faces, the type of you better have a very good explanation why you dare to disturb us. Finally the other person got a different room. During the night the airconditioning made some weird noises all the time, even after I turned it off. In the morning Ilooked for the breakfast buffet and then realized that I had just passed a tiny counter with a few baked goods and jam. When I asked if they had plates,, the answer was simply "No, we don't". Had to put my croissant right on the tray. I drank my cup of coffee (luckily good coffee), and left.

De ligging en uiterlijk waren oké. Helaas hebben wij de bedden enorm hard ervaren en de geur die rond hing in de kamer was heel opdringerig. De airco werkte wel maar niet naar behoren. Personeel deed hun werk, ontbijt was redelijk. Naja voor ons is dit niet voor herhaling vatbaar zeker niet voor het geld.

Sauberes Hotel, für eine Übernachtung genutzt als Zwischenstation. Nicht mehr alles auf dem neuesten Stand ,aber preis- Leistung ist super. Einige restaurants in der Nähe mit Rabatt für Hotel Gäste . Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen !! Für den Preis ist die Auswahl und Qualität hervorragend

Zimmer für zwei ziemlich stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl dies ein Nichtraucherhotel ist. Zimmer getauscht: diesmal die ganze Nacht laut das Gluckern von Kondenswasser im Zimmer, vermutlich aus dem Abfluss von verschiedenen vielen Klimaanlagen gehört. Keine ruhige Nacht...

Das Zimmer ist klein aber für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer selber ist sauber, die Betten/ Matratzen haben leider ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und sind recht unbequem. Das Bad ist in einem weniger schönen Zustand - die Armaturen sind scheckig & haben dicke, grüne Kalkränder, im Waschbecken gibt es weder Siffon noch einen Stöpsel. Mit dem Wasserstrahl kann man, dank verkalktem Siebchen, direkt das ganze Bad wässern.

Totalement inconfortable coir douloureux...

Literie très inconfortable... ressentir les ressorts du matelas c'est comme dormir sur du bitume.... Oreiller très petits et pas de fermeté... Pas d'oreillers supplémentaires dans la chambre.

Der manglede plads at sætte ens ting på, alt er nedslidt og trist, meget er ødelagt og det er meget deprimerende. Sengene sagde underlige lyde og var dårlige at sove i. Området var også lidt deprimerende da der var skrald alle vegne.

Typisch Französisch.

Schade drum. War schon mal hier und es geht leider Berg ab. Beim einchecken konnten nicht mal die einfachsten englischen Wörter gesprochen werden. Am Empfang saß noch eine zweite Frau die es für nicht nötig hielt ihr Telefonat leise zu tätigen, vorallem weil sie noch ihr Lautsprecher an hatte. Meine Zimmerkarte wurde mir mit einem wiederwillen überreicht wie bei den meisten Franzosen halt. Beim betretten meines Zimmers musste ich feststellen das ich keine Klobrille hatte. Foto gemacht und wieder runter. Mit einem "oh" und ständiges gezeufzer gab man mir ein neues Zimmer. Sorry Hotels.com aber als Goldkunde erwarte ich etwas mehr. Dieses Hotel streiche ich von meiner Liste. Ein Foto kann ich leider nicht hochladen weil die App mal wieder spinnt.

J’ai écris par mail pour avoir des info pour une arrivée tardive et personne n’a répondu.Chambre qui sentait l’odeur de cigarette, borne extérieur pour prendre la carte de la chambre après 23h qui ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre le monsieur à la réception la nuit a été super.

Ideal für einen angenehmen günstige Zwischenstopp

Premiere Classe der neueren Bauweise - praktisch (nah an der Autobahn aber dennoch ruhig und leicht zu finden und parken am Hotel) , angenehm (einfache und saubere Zimmer) und preiswert (sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis) mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Praktisch auch deshalb da sich direkt nebenan mehrere Restaurants befinden. Ideal für einen Zwischenstopp der nicht mit großen Kosten verbunden ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar und ausreichend für diesen Standard (der Preis daher auch angemessen) und wir kommen gerne wieder.
