"My mom had some mobility issues for walking and they put us on the 4th floor with no elevators. We asked them to make changes and they did not respond. The rooms were not for 5 people as reserved, it was a beds in a dungeon space that the kids were afraid to sleep in. They ended up sleeping on the sofa. Not at all what we’re expecting!
