Agréable séjours

Séjours de 3 nuits pour une famille avec 1 enfants de 5 ans qui a apprécié de participer aux activités de la kaz marmaille, un service que propose l'hôtel pendant des créneaux horaires aux choix le matin ou l'après-midi disponible pendant les vacances scolaires 😊 Nous avons terminé cette escapade en famille par un dîner samedi au restaurant le Maloya ou nous avons festoyé avec les autre résidents. Les équipements sont correctes et un personnel très professionnel comparer aux autres hôtels. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les poubelles disponibles dans les espaces en commun et la fontaine à eau au rez de chaussée des bâtiments. Le petit déjeuner est convenable (pain, macatia, petite viennoiserie, oeuf, riz chauffée...) adapté aux personnes plutôt sucrée ou salé le matin. Petit inconvénients néanmoins avec la piscine eau froide en hiver qui a freiné notre envie de profiter de la piscine. Belle découverte pour nous ☺️

Nice, quaet, clean, secure parking, easy beach access, enclosed area with well cept lawn, palms. Rooms with balcony or a porch. Wi-Fi wasn't strong in my room. Only reception staff can speak English (not breakfast, restart, bar). Overall, relaxing estetic place. I stayed at 4 hotels over my 10-day visit to Reunion, this was the best one. I would return

Un séjour professionnel des plus agréable

Séjour professionnel durant 11jours , début de journée avec un petit dej varié, les équipes sont adorables, les buffets du soir variés et très bons. Le restaurant de la piscine fait d’excellents cocktails et des formules tapas sympas L’hôtel est très bien situé , calme, bord de lagon pour baignade. Le wifi fonctionne très bien c’était très important pour moi.les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. J’y retournerai sans aucunes hésitations.

Plus que moyen, peu d’amabilité de la part du personnel, aucun intérêt pour la satisfaction client, priorité donnée à la gestion des événements, chambre supérieure bruyante identique à la chambre classique, wifi inexistant, un service de chambre très aléatoire, service du bar déplorable, équipements vétustes. Cet établissement semble se reposer sur son emplacement formidable en bord de plage de l’hermitage, mais ne pas faire preuve de beaucoup de remise en question : une deuxième et une dernière.

Mon séjour à l’hôtel Le Récif, comme d’habitude a été exceptionnel ! L’ambiance tropicale, combinée à un cadre chaleureux, m’a permis de passer des moments inoubliables. L’accueil était professionnel et attentionné, le personnel toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre un moment de détente. Hôtel vieillissant, mais personnel très agréable. Situé très proche de la plage et de plusieurs options de restaurations. Le parking est inclus mais difficile de trouver une place de libre le week-end. Le buffet petit déjeuner et très limité, légumes de la veille, et identique tous les jours.
