Le bâtiment, le cadre, l'emplacement, le parking. Le bouquet de chaînes de télé, plus de torchons, un café d'accueil, un grand rideau à l'intérieur pour le soleil qui baigne toute la pièce l'après-midi ou un store sur le balcon qui serait le plus indiqué.

Logement très bien situé, proche de l océan.

Logement neuf et propre. Proche de l océan et des différents commerces. Matelas trop dur ainsi que des oreillet trop plats . Manque d' ustensiles de cuisine. 1 petit canapé dans le salon. Un chiffon pour la cuisine et la vaisselle ainsi qu un petit kit de produits ( éponge neuve )serais nécessaire. Les livraisons bruyantes des camions du magasin carrefour le matin de bonheur qui attendent sur la route car le parking livraison est toujours rempli de voitures .

Séjour très agréable

La résidence est très agréable, sécurisée et bien située. Les prestations fournies sont très appréciables (lits faits, linge de bain fourni et ménage fait après notre séjour). Il manquait du matériel pour cuisiner : l'unique poêle est très grande (surtout pour 2 personnes !), le seul saladier est fêlé (et les 2 couteaux en céramique sont ébréchés), pas d'essoreuse à salade. Pas de notice pour le micro-onde, ni pour la machine à laver (je n'ai pas trouvé un programme pour faire une lessive qui ne dure pas 3 heures !)

Expérience mitigée

Appartement en très bon état bien décoré, apparement très bien situé sauf que: -En plus de la difficulté rencontrée pour trouver son lemplacement, ( numéro de rue non spécifiée, et le nom correspond à l appartement et pas au bâtiment ) les deux points vraiment négatifs sont: 1- Coussins d extrêmement mauvaise qualité dans les deux chambres, pas de choix proposé - j insiste sur la mauvaise qualité des coussins - et qualité très moyenne de la chambre annexe.Du coup douleurs le matin, agence prévenue, mais au final aucune action corrective de leur part jusqu au jour du départ. 2- Emplacement extrêmement bruyant, l’appartement est situé en face de la baie de déchargement du supermarché situé juste en face , d ou du bruit incessant des le matin très tôt et toute la journee ( les blocs de climatisation situés sur les camions sont particulièrement bruyants,sans parler de la manutention des marchandises, des camions qui attendent leur tour..et dans la chambre annexe qui donne sur l intérieur du bâtiment, du bruit à n importe quel heure de la nuit..ce ne sont pas des fenêtre mais des clayettes mobiles, difficile d avoir un bon sommeil. Vu le bruit, la jolie grande terrasse reste malheureusement inexploitable avec cette nuisance très forte presque en permanence. Les points positifs: Appartement très propre, bien équipé en accessoire et 2TV ( avec aussi Netflix, Amazon….), tres bien climatisé. Gros bémol, jolie petite table haute déco avec tabourets hauts comme autour du plan de travail, qui rend cet appartement inadapté pour des personnes qui sont âgées pour manger, comme ce fut le cas pour ma mère âgée. Cet appartement convient d avantage à un couple ou famille avec enfants mais pas à des personnes âgées. Autre point positif, le parking. Par contre je trouve la méthode de l état des lieux douteuse, il devrait à minima y avoir une Check list.
