Staying here feels like stepping back in time and experiencing what life in a French château at the beginning of the 20th century must have been like. The elegant architecture, antique furnishings, peaceful gardens, and authentic atmosphere create an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for modern luxury, this may not be the place. But if you appreciate history, charm, and authenticity, you will absolutely love it. It is a unique opportunity to live, even if only for a night, a little piece of French history. "We used this motel as a stay over on our way down to Granite lake for fishing. There are purpose built Self contained log cabins in the grounds of the main building which we stayed in. It was perfect for our needs. Very basic but very clean and comfortable which the price reflects and we were 100% satisfied and enjoyed the owners and locals hospitality. The food and wine was very nice too!"
