Villa Paola
This completely renovated house is perfect for a self-catering Family holiday in the South West of France. Attached to the house you find an independant apartment (you can reach it through the inside of the house too), so in total the house and apartment can accommodate 10 persons. The large, two-level village house has all the amenities anyone would expect for daily life - and more - including a romantic chimney, a totally new kitchen, a garden with lavender and flowers, your own private pool with views over the hills and a beautiful terrace. The price outside the high season is based on only the house, if you need also the apartment we will charge you a little extra, please ask our advice.
Villa Paola is a large home and is a charming, easy-living place... three sizable bedrooms and a sitting room/living room. The house can sleep six to seven people comfortably and another 3 people more in the attached apartment. Yet just a couple will feel very at ease as well. There are two toilets and shower-rooms/bathrooms (one on each level). Truly, this home offers the best of both worlds: land and fresh air as well as the conveniences and company of an actual village nearby.
Apartment
Attached to the house it has its own living room and kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another room with a single bed. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. In the high season (14 July – 25 august) the price is based on the whole property, outside season the price is based on only the house and the apartment will stay empty. If ever you are with more than 7 you can add the apartment for another 300 euros extra.

The land behind Paola drops off into a lavish green countryside, and a communal path leads to many easy going walking paths. The surrounding countryside is filled with maïs and flowers.... great biking, kayaking, walking, etc. are within steps. Listen to the quietness when enjoying meals on the terrace.

This home and this picturesque village make an ideal retreat for academics, artists who want to paint the typical French landscape, writers, photographers.

A lovely peaceful property with a beautiful pool.

This property was great for a two week stay for two families. The outside seating area and pool were lovely. Pizza oven great but it would have been better with a pizza shovel. Downstairs property great, spacious and clean. Upstairs fine although the bedding and towels could do with being updated. Overall, would recommend this property for a relaxing French family holiday.

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Die Villa ist traumhaft. Das Gelände ist privat, ruhig und idyllisch. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und so gemütlich, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Es ist der perfekte Ort um alleine, mit Freunden und auch mit Kindern einen Traumurlaub zu verbringen. Hinzu kommen natürlich die Sehenswürdigkeiten, das Essen, die Menschen und das gesamte Périgord das einem hier zu Füßen liegt. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Zeit!
