The kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the Senséo coffee machine. It also includes a combination microwave oven. The bathroom is separate from the WC. Electric heating is available throughout the property. The apartment features a 6 square meter roofed terrace with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a view of the sea and golf course.
