🏡 Interior description
The villa offers five elegantly furnished bedrooms: three bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy. Two bathrooms complete the sleeping areas.

The spacious, bright and welcoming living room is the perfect place to gather: comfortable sofas, open views and a warm atmosphere for meals, aperitifs or game nights.
The large separate, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.
A selection of games for all ages is available so you can share fun moments with family or friends.

🌿 Exterior description
Outside, the villa extends into a beautiful landscaped garden of around 2,000 m², with no overlooking, where you can enjoy the peace and the sea view.
A real fully equipped summer kitchen allows you to organise lunches and dinners outdoors around large convivial tables.
The large terrace overlooks the sea and leads down to the private pool, secured for children and lined with sun loungers and relaxing seating areas.
Here you’ll alternate between swims, sunbathing and aperitifs while admiring the panorama over Agay bay and the red rocks of the Estérel.
Four parking spaces are available inside the property.

📍 Surroundings & nearby
The estate offers privacy and tranquillity while being only 3 minutes from the beaches. At the bottom of the neighbourhood, you’ll find seafront restaurants, private beaches, beach clubs, bars, water activities (paddle, kayak, jet ski, boat trips), as well as local shops, mini-markets and a bakery.
In just a few minutes you can reach the centres of Saint-Raphaël and Fréjus. Following the magnificent Corniche d’Or coastal road, Cannes is 30 minutes away, with its luxury boutiques, the Croisette and its beaches. Nice and its international airport are about 45 minutes away, as is Saint-Tropez (via the coastal road or by boat from nearby ports), making it easy to explore the whole French Riviera.
Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking and mountain-biking trails in the Estérel massif, the viewpoints over the Mediterranean and the coves accessible for swimming in crystal-clear water.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Key handover is fully autonomous via a key box from 4 p.m. at the property address.

LINEN
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights, linen is available as an optional extra at an additional cost and on request.

SERVICE
To make your arrival easier, check-in is completed online via a link that we will send you once the booking is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. There you will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, how the property works, good local addresses and much more.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & TOURIST TAX
A security deposit in the form of an online bank card pre-authorisation may be requested at the time of booking, depending on the platform you use to book our property.
An additional payment request may be sent to you for the tourist tax, depending on the booking platform chosen.
