Perched above Saint-Régis-du-Coin, this renovated 85 m² farmhouse offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where stone and wood create an authentic ambiance. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining space, and a comfortable lounge with a wood-burning stove. Two coffee makers are provided: a traditional filter coffee maker and a pod coffee maker. From the windows, there are views of the rolling landscapes of the Pilat mountains and the surrounding countryside.

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm) and a cot, while the second offers a double bed (160 cm). A shower room completes the sleeping area. A laundry room with a washing machine, hairdryer, and iron is available. Free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a freezer, a television, and baby equipment provide welcome everyday comfort. Outside, a terrace and private garden invite you to fully enjoy the fresh air. For our mountain biking friends, a bike shelter and an electrical outlet for recharging batteries are available. Located in the heart of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, Les Chaumasses is the perfect starting point for exploring one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Loire region. Just steps from the gate, hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and the trails of the Saint-Régis-du-Coin Trail Hub await outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing excursions offer the chance to fully enjoy the snow-covered landscapes.

As the seasons change, nature reveals new treasures: daffodils, raspberries, and wild blueberries accompany summer walks, while autumn invites exploration of the undergrowth and mushrooms. Visitors can also explore the local heritage, share activities with the Nordic dogs of the Pilat massif, or savor local specialties in the neighboring villages.
