"This is a great property, just a few minutes from downtown Yarmouth! It is very clean, nicely maintained and the owners are so friendly. It is also very quiet and away from the road We had a good breakfast that was included in the price."

A smiling face from the gal in the office who checked us in would have been welcome, but she did provide good restaurant suggestions. The property seems to be up for sale. The motel is ok for a quick stop."
