near the most beautiful beaches in the south, in a private and secure residence with parking, swimming pool, carbet, solarium (sea view
and the DIAMOND rock) to photograph the most beautiful sunsets.
Studio located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, you will find all the comfort you need to rest and have a pleasant stay.
Possibility of access to:
- a solarium giving right to a view on the diamond rock, photographing the most beautiful sunsets and moonlight.
- a beautiful swimming pool with access from 7:00 to 22:00
- a carbet

Sainte Luce is a lovely fishing community bordered by numerous small white sand beaches. Its central location facilitates access to various tourist sites in the south of the island.
To the west of the village of Sainte Luce, the many welcoming beaches such as Gros Raisins, Corps de Garde, Anse Pont café, Anse Fond Banane, Anse Désert and the little-visited Anse Mabouya continue to Trois Rivières.
Corps de Garde beach is the liveliest in Sainte Luce and in addition to its nautical center, various equipment has been installed: volleyball net, showers, refreshment bar, parking.
Sainte Luce has been, for the past fifteen years, the tourist town that rises in Martinique. The town has kept its authentic charm and the locals have set up the best conditions for welcoming visitors.

Saint Luce is a charming municipality of sinners lined with numerous small white sand beaches. His (her, its) central situation facilitating the access to the various places of interest of the South of the island.
ON THE WEST of saint Luce s village, the numerous welcoming beaches (ranges) as Big Grapes, Guardroom, Handle Bridge (Deck) coffee (café), Handle Bottom Banana, Handle Desert or still little frequented (little seen frequently) Handle Mabouya are linked to Trois-Rivières.
The beach (range) of Guardroom is most livened up (most led) by Saint Luce and besides its nautical center, diverse equipments were set up: volleyball net, showers, refreshment room, parking lot.
