The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Parties are strictly prohibited and, to preserve neighborhood peace, music and noise are not permitted after 10:00 PM.



The private parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Beyond that, parking depends on availability outside the property.
