A unique chalet in Varengeville-sur-Mer, the sea on foot ... Built in the second half of the twentieth century, this cottage with the air of a house elsewhere, invites to change of scenery and travel. Recent work has endowed it with all modern comforts. The light entrance gives a glimpse of the generous surrounding nature. In continuity, the woodwork of the show evokes the style "Art & Craft", bathed by the light of the garden that penetrates to the interior of this warm home. Surrounded by pine trees and century-old oaks, the garden reveals its treasures according to the seasons ... rhododendrons, hydrangeas, camellias ... In this exceptional setting it reigns an absolute calm, lulled by the song of the birds. Nature lovers and hikers will have one step to take to reach the many trails, including the famous GR21, the Lighthouse of Ailly, the Parc floral des Moutiers, the Marine Cemetery, etc. And above all, the sea walk in a few minutes, by a nice little path through the valleys of Vasterival.
