The residential complex has apartments for four people, FR-83120-18, and for six people, FR-83120-19 and FR-83120-20. The apartments are well kept and attractively furnished in Provencal style. The bedroom in type FR-83120-19 has a curtain which separates it from the rest of the accommodation. All apartments have air-conditioning and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

Het appartement is slecht onderhouden en was bij onze aankomst zeer slecht gepoetst. Roosters van de airco vol met stof, plakkerige vloer en er lag nog gebruikt maandverband in de prullenbak. We hebben via de receptie gevraagd om het appartement te komen poetsen wat ook gebeurd is. Toch lieten de hygiëne nog steeds te wensen over. De drukke weg naast het appartement zorgt voor heel wat storend geluid. Zwembad was daarentegen tip top in orde!
