  • Villa of 180m2 on a plot of 1100m2 on the ground floor comprising: a large living room of 59m2 with flat screen tv and fireplace with cassette overlooking a swimming pool area surrounded by a large area with deckchairs and a vine-covered terrace with gas barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, new oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishes ..), a laundry area (washing machine, iron, ironing board , a plancha…) two separate toilets, a play area located in the mezzanine with cassette player, books available. Three bedrooms with double bed (160), a clip-clapper for a young child, a bathroom and a shower room. The swimming pool is in Roman style 10x5.
