Ground floor, 3 bedrooms all with sea view, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, shaded terrace overlooking pool. On the FLOOR, 1 fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, living room, dining room, air conditioning, plasma TV, hi-fi chain WIFI internet DVD player, guest toilet, 1 SUITE parental with air conditioning and bathroom. On the floor yet another room with sofa beds for two. Baby equipment: the cot, high chair. Living area 220 m², Large yard / garden, private area very quiet and very Secure. Built in 1960, renovated and furnished with nine. A team of professionals (gardener, pool attendant and cleaning staff) takes care of the villa, throughout the year.
