"The Novotel Montparnasse was good for our family of 4, the sleeping conditions were a little tight but that’s what we expected for the price range in Paris. It was close to the metro station and there were several good restaurants very close. If you are up for walking, most of the attractions (Eiffel tower, notre dame, etc) were within 2 miles walking distance. The breakfast buffet was great! There aren’t many restaurants open for breakfast (other than pastries of course) so it was a good thing to add on for our family to make sure the kids got a good start in the morning!"

"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly pathetic for the price. Overall, disappointing experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"Stayed here with my friend for a few nights. It was exactly what we needed. Our room was lovely and clean upon arrival and towels were refreshed each day. All of the staff were kind and helpful during our stay. Metro stations are nearby as well as some local shops a walk away. We had a great stay! "

"The location was great! Staff was very nice! I would definitely stay here again! It is a busy hotel right in the middle of everything, always felt safe when walking out in the area! There's a great bar/restaurant down the street if you want to stop for a drink. Only a few recommendations for the hotel, they put us on the same floor as their sky bar, there should be signs saying when exiting the club, be quiet as there are guests on the same floor! On a few nights we heard all the commotion from people leaving as late at 2 a.m. Also, their lobby bar should stay open later than 11 pm on the weekend!"

"Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Pros: Large TV, comfortable bed, large, convenient shower. Cons: No closet, only wall-mounted coat hooks, no refrigerator, small safe (it won't fit a tablet). Friendly staff; they held my suitcase for both check-in and check-out."
