The hotel location is awesome, just steps from the train station. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and the public bath is fabulous.

Hotel is very clean and the staff were very nice. Limited parking at the hotel but there is a large parking lot across the street. The room, while very clean, was very small. The smallest we have stayed in. Otherwise, great hotel.

良い点 入り口から靴を脱いで上がれる。 水木しげるロードからの距離が近い。 お風呂上がりのアイスのサービス。 部屋の冷蔵庫に、水のペットボトルとゼリーのサービス。 残念な点 宿泊前の電話での問い合わせのスタッフが愛想がなかった。 部屋の冷蔵庫内に髪の毛あり。 周辺は暗く人通りも少なく、せっかくの水木しげるロードを歩くのも急ぎ足になってしまった。飲食店が少ないが駐車場もすぐに満車になってしまったため、近場で食べられるところが限られている。 大浴場のドライヤーが四つしかないのに、そこに化粧水等が置いてあるため、ドライヤーをするための待ち時間が長すぎる。

畳敷きはいいのですが、外で引き回したスーツケースを畳の上でも外と同じようにひきまわして、汚く感じた。またスリッパをはかないので、素足の人もいて、違和感を感じた。もし、水虫も人が素足で歩いたら、と思ったら気持ち悪い

赤ちゃん連れでの旅行は不安でしたが、ベビーバスやベビーソープなど赤ちゃんの設備が充実していてありがたかったです。また、チェックインの手続き中に、楽しく上の子の好きなアイドルの話で盛り上げて下さり、とても喜んでいました。 強いて言えば、大浴場の脱衣所が狭く、大人が4、5人で隣の方にぶつかりそうになったり、ロッカーが開けづらかったのが残念でしたが、お風呂は最高でした。

ホテルからすぐの鬼太郎ロードの夜のライトアップが ゆっくり楽しめてとてもよかった 満室で朝食はホテルでは無理だったが近くにモーニングたべれるとこがありよかった 夜も車を使わず飲みにいけるとこがたくさんありよかった　 スタッフさんがとても良い対応で　またきたいとおもいました！

清潔で快適なホテル

玄関から靴を脱いで靴箱があり、エレベーターや客室などが土足ではなかったのでとても快適でした。 食事する場所も徒歩圏内に美味しい市場内のお寿司屋さんなどがありとても良かったです。又、朝食バイキングも質も良くてスタッフの方の対応や食事後の素早いアルコール消毒での清掃とても快適でした。境港に来たら又、こちらに宿泊したいです。
