"The highlight of our stay was Ema at reception. She was the most knowledgeable, helpful and always smiling. She really stood out and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the outdoor and pool area. It was outstanding, extremely clean and beautifully designed. The pool area was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Our room was also very clean and was cleaned every day. The housekeeping staff were always very polite and friendly. We ate at both restaurants and the food was always very fresh. For the rooftop restaurant, we had to book a table each time we wanted to go, but the experience was lovely. There was live music and entertainment almost every night, which created such a gorgeous atmosphere. On two nights during our stay there was also buffet food, and everything we had was super fresh. There were, however, a few things that didn’t match what I expected from an executive room. The fridge was completely empty, and when we asked about it, someone at reception told us we could go to the supermarket and fill it ourselves, which I found surprising for an executive room. There was no double bed when we arrived, although this was eventually sorted. The bathroom also had very few toiletries, mainly shampoo and soap. For an executive room, I think a few extra essentials such as razors and cotton buds would be a nice addition. We had bath and hand towels but no separate hair towels. "Great stay! The hotel is brand new and in a really convenient location, very close to the main tourist street/alley where you’ll find all the bars and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and always smiling, both day and night. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus and made the stay even better. The only small issue was the water in the shower, but this seems to be a general water issue across the island rather than a problem with the hotel itself. Overall, a lovely place to stay with great staff and a fantastic location"

"The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, nice and modern. It was a pleasant stay, as it is a new hotel there’s still a few teething issues such as the WiFI and TV not always working, but the staff are prompt to resolve. The room was exactly what I wanted which is always a bonus. Side note there are no tall palms trees, so there is very little shade by the pools sadly. Food was okay too."
