Nice place but it should not be classified as a 5 star Hotel. Not Vegetarian friendly and only limited amount of restaurants. Staff are all very nice and friendly 😊

Amazing hotel, very clean with friendly staff. We were in the levels room with an upstairs. Before we booked we phoned to see if there was a toilet upstairs and were told there was. However, there wasn’t! And the stairs were not good at night. Don’t think we were given enough information when we arrived.

This resort is very well appointed, everything included to make the stay special. The pools are clean and plenty of comfortable seating and shade some lower rooms have a 50yd lap pool in front of their room to access which is very nice. Gift shops are available, ATM , taxi amd very good beach with beach bar and private protected area to swim in the ocean. Food is ok with many choices , i wouldnt give the food a 5 star but a good 3.5 star. Service is great and staff helpfull. Adult only with mostly European guests in their senior years and some honeymoon couples , maybe not the place to meet other singles. Great for a week off and nice safe island to visit.

As pessoas são muito atenciosas, mas faltam toalhas em todos os lados. Dificilmente tinha toalha disponível na piscina pra retirada. No nosso quarto deixaram de trocar as toalhas nos únicos 2 dias que solicitamos. Tivemos que pedir na recepção e ficar há espera por mais de uma hora e nada de ter toalhas. O lençol era velho.

The property is new and beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. but they have serious problems. There was no running water at all on 3 of 4 nights I stayed there and on 2 out of 4 afternoons. It was on and off the rest of the time. And not just my room but in restrooms by the restaurant etc. That may well be the lack of infrastructure on the very dry island that just doesn’t have enough water for everyone as opposed to the fault of the hotel itself but it is of course not what you expect at a 5 star hotel. It may not be a good idea to develop more tourism on the island. Other than that, my room wasn’t ready for check in before 5.30 which isn’t great. But they arranged a massage for me so it was fine.

La propreté des chambres n'est pas remise en question par contre dans les allées de l'hôtel, c'était sale, nous avons même trouvé une pile, des bouchons d'oreilles, des Q-tips et tout de sorte de choses. Nous avons dû plusieurs fois demander des serviettes car la femme de ménage ne les mettait pas en même temps que le ménage. Il manquait continuellement des produits. Egalement un manque de vaisselle (pas de petite cuillière par exemple). Sans compter que le personnel est vraiment désagréable, cela nous a choqué ! Et le bouquet, le wifi presque inexistant, une vraie galère. Et pour conclure nous sommes rentrés malades sûrement à cause de la nourriture, bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit

. Die Hotelanlage und Lage ist super und des Personal sehr freundlich. Trotzdem würden wir es kaum wieder wählen. wir würden das nächste mal wohl ein anderes Hotel wählen. Das Essen ist ok aber auch nicht mehr. die Teilung in der Mitte etwas speziell

Nous avons séjourné avec mon fiancé 10 jours dans cet hôtel. Un hôtel 5 étoiles pas vraiment à la hauteur : nous sommes arrivés 15h avant le check in et avons été logés dans une chambre défraîchie (araignée dans le lit, 2/4 oreillers sans taie d’oreiller, des tâches douteuses sur ceux ci. Notre 2e chambre était bien plus propre et nettoyée tous les jours, mais les draps n’ont pas été changés malgré nos demandes c’est dommage. Le restaurant principal offre un large panel de plats de qualité, nous n’avons que très rarement été déçus mais le restaurant italien (1 dîner inclus dans la formule all inclusive “basique”) est à fuir, littéralement. Nous avons commandé des plats différents pour l’entrée, le plat et le dessert. Résultat : entrées surgelées (fruits de mer), plat à peine comestible (des Arabiatta bien trop piquantes et industrielles pour être appréciées), dessert indigne de la pâtisserie. Enfin, lors de notre checkout, nous sommes peinés de n’avoir même pas été questionné sur notre appréciation du séjour dans l’hôtel (nous sommes restés 10 jours). Nous avons simplement été encaissés pour une facture de laverie et bon vent ! Au final, nous avons malgré tout apprécié notre séjour sur l’île et dans l’hôtel dans sa globalité et avons pu nous reposer comme nous le souhaitions. Un grand merci aux serveurs du restaurant Mosaico pour leur accueil chaleureux. Cependant, nous déplorons la qualité des prestations qui n’est pas à la hauteur de celle attendue pour un 5 étoiles.

The property was beautiful but was very quiet. It's a space for relaxing. When I arrived, the water to shower was brown, the show tub was flooding, and when the repair man came he tracked dirt and water all over the floor and didn't clean it up. Also, no one came to clean the room and the front desk did not have towels. I had to wait for the next day to get clean towels. The property manager was also not accommodating. I switched hotels to move to the Riu Palace.

Für eine kurze Auszeit (5 bis 10 Tage) ist dieses Hotel perfekt. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit eigener Terrasse und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Drinks sind gut gemischt, das Essen allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas eintönig. Die Umgebung ist zu Fuß nicht erkundbar und eher schmutzig (ist halt Wüste und Afrika)! "Adults only" ist auch ein hervorragender Mehrwert, wenn man sich entspannen will. Den Strand habe ich sehr genossen!

We had a lovely stay at Melia Llana. It is so clean. It's right on the the beach and not far from Santa Maria. The staff are so lovely, they really made it an absolute pleasure. Our first time to Sal and and it won't be our last.
