We don't typically write reviews. In fact, we're generally quite opposed to them, but in the case of this hotel, I felt it was worth making an exception. We've had the opportunity to stay at many fine properties around the world, and I can confidently say that the service we received here was among the very best we've ever experienced. The staff were exceptional—genuinely friendly, attentive, professional, and always eager to help. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and the level of service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. The property itself was equally impressive, but what really set this hotel apart was the people and the genuine hospitality we experienced. A truly exceptional experience and one that deserves recognition. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como.

We experienced noise the entire time that we were in the hotel rooms. We went before a funeral in Milano and before the Olympics for our father and our brother who are Olympic athletes unfortunately we weren’t able to rest very much due to the noise in the hotel and around the hotel the staff were amazing and we had a great massages from Valentina. We loved the drivers we loved the staff unfortunately the hotel was very, very noisy.
