"Came to town for an annual girls’ trip. The house was amazing and beds were sooooo comfortable. Sat on the porch one evening and saw FIREFLIES!! It was so special because we hadn’t seen any in years! Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for a wonderful stay."

it may have been timing, but finding decent good at 9 PM was challenging - the food scene in Salado is not thriving.... expect basic options. The town and town's residents were nice and friendly.
