You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans over 130 square meters. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and a fan. This room also has an exit leading out to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), a bath/WC, and a fan, which also has an exit to the terrace. Another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. The fourth room is equipped with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an exit leading out to the terrace. There is a separate shower/WC and an additional separate WC.

Amenities Included
The property offers several amenities to make your vacation more comfortable and enjoyable. Oil heating is available to keep you warm during your stay. You can relax on the terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (6 in total). Uistekende value for money

Plezierig schoon huis, van alle nodige gemakken voorzien behalve airco, die wij ook niet nodig hadden. Mooi vrij uitzicht in een fijne buurt op loopafstand van het centrum van Salernes. Zeer sympathieke eigenaresse en echtgenoot. Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Een aanrader.
