"It was spacious. There was a strange sort of sewage smell in the room though but it comes and goes. Statf were really nice and helpful and sweet and room had plentiful amenities. It was really nice that there was a refillable water station at the property so you don’t have to constantly buy water."

"Exactly what I was looking for. A clean room in a good location close to the station and the walkable areas of the city. Staff was friendly. I eat a lite breakfast so it was more than enough for me. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean so it didn’t bother me that it looked a bit dated. I also appreciated the plugins right by the bed to charge the phone and not just by the desk. Perfect for a quick overnight stay so I would use this hotel again."

"Shops and Restaurants all very local. Very light and airy apartment, suited our needs. It did get noisy in the evenings but with a nice "hubbub" of sound - of people eating out and enjoying life. It didn't disturb us, but if you want a quiet place, perhaps reconsider."

The walls were paper thin and there were people yelling outside most of the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The room itself was fine, as was check in. Good location. "

As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. "There was no breakfast. We lived in a dark basement with no daylight. The stench of damp was unbearable. We bought air freshener, but it didn't help. We couldn't put clothes in the closet because the smell was even worse."
