"Nice, bright, clean space. Checkin was guick. Room were good. Clean. Beds, as always are comfortable. Breakfast was good. This is a busy location. Great spot to walk to all the major sites in Bath. "

We asked for a change of the towels and those also had brown / red stains. Hotel is pretty old - paint is flaking off everywhere. No slippers in the room (had to ask for it). No tooth brush / tooth paste. Calls to conceirge were not answered. In terms of staff, I expected them to move my bags into my room given I'd dropped off my bags with them prior to my check in and then went outside for lunch / to explore the city. Spa wise - pretty well equipped with 2 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 salt room and 1 ice room. "

"That's a family friendly hotel in an easy access location. Staff is very helpful. The manager, Jimmy, helped us settle down quickly. They also provide good quality room service with limited choices. The spa and pool is a bit small but that's clean and warm."

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "
