No unloading area. No automated doors so, you take your cart to an uncovered parking lot then try to wrangle it through two doors that you have to open, in a nor’easter that was ridiculous for a room that cost $165.00. Vents black with dirt, air conditioner sounded like an airplane landing zone. Only positive comment I have is the front desk was courteous and welcoming to this newly rundown hotel!

So far everything has been amazing. We will 100% stay here again as we travel to Salisbury multiple times throughout the year for softball tourneys, plus its not too far off from the beaches. Just waiting on the $100 safety deposit to be sent back to my card, once that comes through then I can say without a doubt this was a 10/10 experience :) Easy parking, breakfast had a decent amount of options, our room was spotless, all the staff were so kind.

We were happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great on the warm day that we were there. We LOVED the shower. It had great water pressure and it was very spacious. The room met all of our needs and the breakfast was adequate. We would stay there again.

The bedding had some stains and a hole in the sheet. Bed was comfortable but thats not what you want to see. I requested new bedding which they provided but it was also stained. They need to invest. Unit was clean but hair in the bathroom. Creates obvious doubts about how well they clean the units. Paid $272 for a king bed suite which doesn't give you many amenities at all. Not like you're thinking with a suite. So it was also over priced. I needed a bed for one night but wouldn't stay here again.

The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to collapse. Breakfast was stocked and decent Probably a great hotel, just our room had to have been a fluke.

No towels in the room, looked clean from afar but bathroom shower had mold in the corners, the moldings had about an inch of dust, bathroom fan had thick dust on it. Food was left in fridge from previous occupants. No closet but had hanging space on the wall. Bed was comfortable

The property was inexpensive and clean. Breakfast was simple but good for anyone with variety of tastes. The only reason I gave an overall rating of 4 is the lack of toiletries in the room. Be sure to bring lotions, q-tips, etc.

The Micro Inn and Suite was a great one-night stay, with friendly personnel and well-appointed amenities. The room was clean, well-equipped with towels and soaps, and smelled fresh, as did the building's interior and exterior, which were neatly landscaped with colorful carpets. The breakfast offerings were similar to those at other hotels, but I left without eating.

Little things make a difference. Morning coffee is important to many people, it is what starts the day. If it is not feasible to have a selection of coffees it would help to have creamers, like French Vanilla, Irish Cream, Hazel, Nut, etc.
