Cosy apartment located in the heart of Salou, just behind the Jaume I Promenade. With the beach and all services just steps away from the apartment, you won't need a car at all.



The complex features a large gated communal area, with an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, and a playground.



LAYOUT



- Living room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Terrace with outdoor dining table.

- Double bedroom with a double bed, connected by a sliding door to a bunk room (bunk beds are child-sized and not suitable for adults). From the living room, the door is shared between both spaces, so to access the double bedroom, you must pass through the bunk room.

- Bathroom with bathtub. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avinguda del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all guests as required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance with all the necessary details.
