Place was as advertised! Great place, easy access to skiing. Responsive hosts. Great set up for multiple families with Three King rooms for adults and two bunk rooms for the kids. Also two living areas with TV’s. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location and Peak Communication!

Our first trip to Utah and we had an amazing experience here! The home was clean and stocked with AMPLE room for a large group. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and could easily house 6 more people comfortably. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive to every request and questions we had. They were the most easy hosts we’ve ever experienced and we are seasoned VRBO users. We will definitely be back!!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Property sits in dead end street which makes for a very quiet location. Short walk to local school that has two playgrounds. Comfortable for our party of 7 adults and 6 younger children.

Perfect spot for ski vacation

We had a wonderful experience at Jill and Bryan’s home for our ski vacation! The home was clean, spacious, and had many amenities that helped us feel at home! Jill and Bryan were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home, and will definitely consider staying here again for any future SLC trips!

Beautiful house in a great location

It's a well-stocked house, dishes, spices, nice fridge with an ice maker which was used a lot. Nice TVs, comfortable beds, and internet. Close to good stores but off the main thoroughfare in a quiet location. Nice view of the mountains. They were quick to respond to our messages snd help with anything that we needed help with. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home!

Jill and Bryan were a delight to work with in the planning of our stay and throughout the stay. It takes a while to figure out how things work at a rental and they were so kind and helpful to ensure a great stay. When one of my grandsons became ill, Bryan helped me find a cleaner right away. Can't say enough about how attentive and caring they are to ensure a wonderful stay. Thank you Jill and Bryan!

Great Trip to SLC

As a group our family, who live all over the American West, decided we would meet up in SLC for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were very excited when we found this particular house. Our excitement was very very very well founded. The house was clean, had a lot of comfortable sleeping space/options and was well situated to take advantage of the area. The owners could not have been better. We had a minor issue which they cleared up quickly and with no drama. Then, when we got a pretty decent snow, they came and plowed the walkway, sidewalk and driveway without us even asking. They TRULY cared about our experience. I can not say enough nice things about them. We loved this place and are seriously considering doing Thanksgiving there again next year if they will have us.

We were in the SLC area for a family reunion. The property location was perfect for the activities that we had planned. We used all of the beds - it was a full house with all of the grandkids! The ping pong table in the basement was a huge hit with everyone!

Fantastic Family Accommodation

There were 3 generations who stayed in this home, with 8 of us in total ranging from 11 years to 80 years. The house was perfect for all of us. It gave us space, but also plenty of room to gather together. The location for us was absolutely fantastic. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and we felt like locals with all the neighbours giving us a wave when they saw us. The view from the front windows was breathtaking and everyday we commented on how beautiful it was. Communication with the owner was easy. The beds were comfortable, we were warm when it was cold, and cool when it was hot. The basement was a little cooler, but fan heaters were supplied. We would highly recommend this house as a place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The property exceeded expectations in every way. The location to the mountains was breathtaking. I can imagine that this is a great skii vacation. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Hosts are awesome!

Overall, we all fell in love with the house. I would suggest updated photos, especially of the back yard, and updating the welcome binder as several things were not available as mentioned in the binder such as the welcome gift and string lights.
