Centrally located to everything in the Salt Lake Valley! 15 Minutes from downtown, the canyons, the airport, Maverik Center, Hale Center Theatre, and more! Beautifully remodeled 5 BR house with comfy beds and everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in Salt Lake City. 5 minutes to movie theaters, tons of restaurants, I-15, 2-15, and I-80. Large backyard with two car garage if needed. Ping Pong, foosball, tic-tac-toe board, etc. Six smart TV's (4 of the 5 BRs have their own TV) & high-speed internet. Laundry and work space available onsite.

**For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the doorbell, the floodlight pointing to the driveway and porch and in the garage for deliveries.

SLC-Summer 2025 GREAT!

This property is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The inside is veery well appointed. Modern, clean and spacious. We had our 4 adult children with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
