Hotel did not have our reservation in its system. Had to find accommodations elsewhere and follow up with Expedia for charges to be reversed. Expedia Customer Support was very good.

yo contrate el hotel con estacionamiento propio , cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que era sin cochera , porque con Expedia no trabajan con cochera , para no discutir pague una cochera que en el hotel me recomendaron .

Hotel antiguo.

Es un hotel antiguo, no reciben al cliente con amabilidad sino con gesto adusto, la internet funciona sólo en áreas comunes, el desayuno es básico y tiene buena ubicación por estar sobre una calle donde circulan varias líneas de colectivo y cerca de la plaza principal pero hay mucho ruido.
