El Hotel sigue siendo una de las mejores opciones de Salta, aunque está antiguo y las habitaciones claramente requieren una actualización (alfombras viejas y despegadas, paredes marcadas y sucias, y ventanas fijas que no permiten ni una mínima apertura)

Errores en los sistemas informáticos del hotel

Tuvimos complicaciones al ingresar al hotel. Nosotros pagamos la reserva con tarjeta de crédito y cuando llegamos al hacer el chek-in , la recepción no tenia registrado el pago Cundo nos retiramos nos cobraron un valor del IVA que no correspondía Una vez más no funcionaron los sistemas
