"This property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The welcome treats were much appreciated as well. It was perfect for the two of us and our small dog but it might be a bit small for 3 or more adults.The location was wonderful, within walking distance of shops, bars restaurants and the beach. We did have an issue with lots of noise from the neighbour who appeared to be doing some building work during our first 2 evenings but appreciate this was probably a one off. We didn't use the parking space as we got a spot right outside the door and didn't use the car during our stay. We really loved this property and wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"We initially had some confusion regarding the location of the property - the postcode shown on the hotels.com listing suggests that it is in the middle of Saltburn but it is actually 15 minutes away - the correct postcode is TS13 4TB, and the property is at the very bottom of the single-track lane. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the living area in particular was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was lovely and peaceful. There were some issues with the electrics whilst we were there, but the owner was very responsive and arranged for an electrician to come out the following day."

"We stayed for a couple of nights and it suited our needs. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa and we had hot water when needed. The kitchen had basic equipment which was fine for us. The apartment is on the top floor, so an issue if you struggle to climb a couple of flights of stairs. A couple of negatives- the internet is absolutely shocking - please resolve as it’s essentially a utility in this day and age. Also the key safe can be a bit ‘sticky’ so took a few attempts to open. Apart from these point we had a great sta."
