Amazing experience

Delicious food, very comfortable room, amazing amenities area. The pool without any kind of animation is the best! Very calm and suitable for relaxing!

Meals were average at best even the so called speciality resteraunts we are not big drinkers Air con would no go lower than 24 the whole trip and they never fixed our fan many times they just hang up as they don’t speak English

Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Nossa experiência no Iberostar Selection Praia do Forte foi memorável. A infraestrutura é impecável, com piscinas e áreas de lazer de alto padrão. A alimentação All Inclusive é excelente em variedade e qualidade. O SPA excepcional, e as atividades são muito bem organizadas. ​No entanto, o ponto mais alto foi o atendimento da equipe. Destacamos o instrutor de tênis Jacaré, que é carismático e atencioso. No Restaurante Pelô, as garçonetes Alana Alves e Laise nos trataram com uma simpatia e cuidado excepcionais. Recomendamos e, certamente, voltaremos no futuro.

La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con minibar. La cama es muy cómoda como también las almohadas. El baño debiera tener una doble bacha por tratarse de un hotel 5 estrellas. El servicio de playa está bien, aunque las reposteras están muy juntas.

Foi nossa 6x no hotel! Vamos desde 2010! Amo quasar tudo, os pontos negativos q precisam melhorar são : os vinhos tintos (mto ruins), a animação caiu a qualidade, está mto inferior e desanimada, antes tinha roda d samba, mais música ao vivo, shows maravilhosos.., a animação empobreceu total … as músicas da piscina prescisam parar d fazer apologia ao PT ( não somos petistas e mto triste ouvir as músicas do faz O L, implantar uma cultura petista é complicado e não pode ocorrer em hotéis) ! O bar molhado precisa de mais funcionários !

Equipe de checkin e checkout lamentável, hotel Ok

Tive problemas gravíssimos no meu checkin. Recebi diversas informações erradas ou incompletas, me trocaram de quarto 3 vezes, sendo que na 2a troca, quando fui entrar no quarto designado pelo hotel, já haviam hóspedes no mesmo e eles me informaram que enviaram minhas bagagens para o quarto onde eles estavam hospedados. (Segundo os mesmos, tiraram fotos para eles mesmos se protegerem de possíveis problemas, dado o absurdo da situação). Por fim, como 'pedido de desculpas' pelo ocorrido, me ofereceram 'late checkout', que foi outro problema, pois mesmo me oferecendo, confirmando e garantindo o horário com outra equipe, eu fiquei preso pra fora do meu quarto pois, segundo a supervisora via telefone de uma camareira que pedi ajuda na hora, 'Sim, você tem que ir na recepção ativar o late checkout'. No fim, entre estes grandes e outros pequenos problemas ocorridos, solicitei um relatório com minhas reclamações e para a minha surpresa fui informado que eles não tinham, que 'tratavam tudo internamente'. Ou seja... não resolveram nada, e me inibiram de ter informações para que eu tomasse minhas providências posteriormente.
