Everything is good the staff are excellent but all the morning there is noisy sound coming from the next building that only problem can effect and prevent to sleep well the hotel super close to all the market bar and beach the breakfast morning very good and delicious 👌

Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

La stanza nel complesso non era male, il problema è che era piazzata in una zona buia con una finestra che dava sull’atrio e sul sottoscala. La colazione era abbondante, ma le condizioni della stanza mi hanno costretta ad abbandonare prima il soggiorno e ad interromperlo per alcuni giorni per una gita a Morro di San Paolo.

Ar condicionado nao estava funcionando,comuniquei a receptação nao tinha quarto disponível e mantive por 2 dia em um quarto com ar condicionado estragado, depois de muita insistência realizaro a troca, falta de atencao da equipe da limpeza onde deixaram exposto meu quarto por horas chegando mim deparei com ele aberto, foi recolhido toalha e nao resposto por esta em falta na lavanderia ficado sem toalha por 2 dias aguardando lavanderia, hotel esta em obra onde avia muito barulho de construção, cafe da manha sem opção chegando as 8:30 nao tinha mas e so tinha resto de fruta e nao avia reposição do banquete, foi uma péssima escolha de hospedagem.
Ao chegar no hotel meu quarto exposto, depois que realizou limpeza, deixando totalmente aberto correndo risco de alguém adentra e furta.

O hotel é uma opção para quem deseja ficar próximo das saídas dos trios elétricos no carnaval ou então próximo ao Farol da Barra em qualquer outra época. Ambos estão numa curta distância a pé. Os quartos precisam de algumas melhorias/reformas. O nosso estava com o ar condicionado vazando e alagava todo o piso. O atendimento era bom.

Bom custo benefício mas precisa de manutenção

Já fiquei algumas vezes no The Hotel ao longos dos últimos 3 anos. Notei que a manutenção do hotel e café da manhã vem decaindo desde que começaram a construção do prédio ao lado. o café da manhã sem reposição de itens como pão de queijo dizendo que a dona não permitia (chocante!) e os travesseiros e colchões já gastos. Espero que com o fim da construção do novo prédio esses problemas sejam sanados pois esse é um ótimo hotel com boa localização e custo benefício.

O hotel está em reforma, assim sendo, a manutenção dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Em 6 dias passei por quatro quartos, todos com vazamento de água no ar condicionado. Mas mesmo com estes contratempos o hotel esteve sempre disposto a encontrar uma solução.

Localização muito boa, hotel próximo à praia da barra, 15min de caminhada. Quarto amplo e limpo. Apenas no hall que sentimos um leve cheiro de mofo saindo do ar-condicionado, mas nada que atrapalhasse. O café da manhã é simples, sem muitas opções, principalmente para quem chega depois das 09h.

Muito bom

Hotel pequeno, mas super aconchegante, com ótima localização e bastante acolhedor. Quarto super confortável com uma cama maravilhosa e ótimos travesseiros. Banheiro era um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Ar condicionado funcionava bem tanto no quarto, quanto na recepção e restaurante. A única coisa que poderia melhorar era o café da manhã que tem poucas variedades de comida e se você chega depois das 9h da manhã já não tem mais algumas coisas e eles não repõem. Poderiam servir tapioca e omelete. O cuscuz estava sempre muito ressecado e o bolo de chocolate também. Mas é um ótimo custo benefício. Com certeza me hospedarei novamente quando voltar a Salvador.
