"Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details ."

"Lovely spacious suite with sea views, nice relaxing plunge pool in well kept gardens. Staff polite and cleaners were excellent. Breakfast is very limited and the same every day so ideal for a couple of nights, more variety over the course of our 10 days would have been nice. The hotel is peaceful and quiet but probably more idea for short stays rather than long stay guests."

"رائع ونظيف وخدمة ممتازة تنظيف الغرفة مرتين في اليوم"

"No hot water. Lots of mould in the room. Not clean what so ever. Will never be back. Staff did what they could but …."

"Good"

"It's a well maintained boutique hotel. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were upgraded with a huge family room with a mezzenine floor."

"Hotel manager was friendly. Had a good stay but hot water was not available."

"Friendly staff, superb breakfast and clean beach"

"We had a fantastic 4 days at this resort. Everything was spectacular. From taking the little boat to dinner, to the gorgeous view from our room and balcony, to the people who were so kind and helpful to us, I can't say enough. I think the best part is that you are out of the hustle of the main beach area and in a serene and quiet backwater area. It's just a short ride to the beach shops and restaurants though. "View is good with greenery and sea . Approach to property is tough. Washrooms could be better. Breakfast was pathetic…given the money you pay. Staffs are too busy and the food is ok ok."

"Kettle and TV should be provided in the room."

"Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

"De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. Je moet vragen voor room cleaning. Geen waterkoker aanwezig, op verzoek werd er 1 gebracht, kamer was niet schoon. Op verzoek werd het wel schoon gemaakt. Heel mooie balkon met een prachtige uitzicht, maar vies tot en met. Ontbijt stelde niks voor heel karig. Wij gingen naar een andere restaurant voor onze dagelijkse ontbijt. "

"If you want the sound of breaking waves 200 metres away, a spacious room, a big balcony (this time with a view of the bay and beach); a two minute walk to the sand and the sea and the lovely Kovalam beach; coconut trees all around and lots of local people enjoying the happy life, this is for you. It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff. It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before...
