"The proximity to the Zokalo museums restaurants is particularly good. The staff was attentive, and my housekeeper was incredibly intuitive about what I did and did not like. She noted if I didn’t want a blanket or specific pillow and together my room accordingly The restaurant was good for breakfast. I did not eat there any other meals. Check in and check out was incredibly simple"

"I only stayed 1 night in a tiny room smaller than an inside cabin on a cruise ship. When I complained, they upgraded me to a room in their sister hotel, Casa Olié, It was roomy, had a king-size bed and was excellent. I will stay there whenever I am in Oaxaca. a cruise ship. When I complained and requested a cancellation, they upgraded me to an excellent room room"

"Im very please for choosing Real Alma Hotel ! Its not too big not to small, great location! 5 blocks from the Zocalo or the Jardin, we got the balcony rooms , (just keep it in mind it’s downtown so it might get noisy during the day, but no worries you will be busy seeing the city or the other nearby places) We had breakfast included it was very good as well! I’m so happy of my experience that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible!"
