Es el pero sitio en el que he estado. Eso no es UN hotel, no se por que lo venden asi. No es lo que pone en Expedia, una estafa. El señor de Esta propiedad fue un grosero y rudo. En fin una experiencia para olvidar.

PESIMO! Mejor pagar más por algo bueno

El hotel es básico, todo está muy desordenado, el wifi es terrible, la habitación solo tiene dos almohadas muy incómodas, la limpieza es buena y el personal es amable. Las escaleras del hotel estaban llenas de cucarachas gigantes. Nuestra caja de seguridad no funcionaba y nuca nos resolvieron con eso. No volvería ni los recomendaría es un mal lugar para alojarse.

Todo estuvo bien, a excepciòn de las condiciones de pago, en la pagina decìa que no hacian ningùn cobro hasta el primer dìa que uno se hospedara y no fue asì, apenas se adquirio cobraron al otro dìa la primera noche y 15 dìas antes el resto. No son claras las condiciones de pago.

Excelente localização perto de tudo

O hostel possui uma excelente localização, ficando próximo a todos os passeios e restaurantes da ilha, além de contar com um visual do quarto com vista para o mar de tirar o folego a cada olhar, a equipe do hostel (John Frederico, sua esposa e cunhada) são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Tivemos apenas um inconveniente ao chegarmos ao quarto que a limpeza não havia sido feito da maneira adequada (creio que tinha sido desocupado a pouco tempo), mas que foi prontamente sanado nos dias que se seguiram, ótimo custo beneficio na Ilha. Passamos dias maravilhosos na ilha e recomendamos a todos, curtam esse paraíso.

Cumpre o básico, mas deixa a desejar

Ficamos 5 dias nesse hotel que funciona como apartamentos compartilhados. A chegada já foi problemática! Chegamos próximo das 18hrs e não havia ninguém na recepção, ninguém para fazer o check-in e não fosse a sorte de dois brasileiros saírem de outro apartamento e pelo menos abrir a área compartilhada, talvez não soubéssemos o que fazer. O quarto é simples e talvez os únicos elogios sejam a localização, a visão da praia da varanda lateral e o ar condicionado, porque a estrutura do quarto é bem ruim. Chuveiro com água fria, a cama não só tem lençol pra se cobrir (sempre bom ter um edredom, mesmo em lugares quentes), o banheiro é apertado.. Enfim, senti o choque pois estava em um hotel bacana em Cartagena. Indicaria o hotel para pessoas que ficam satisfeitas apenas com o mais básico, que é uma cama, um chuveiro, ar condicionado e boa localização. Não espere conforto. Sinceramente.. Se retornasse à ilha, não ficaria novamente neste hotel. A ilha já possui uma estrutura precária em geral, e seria bom ter um mínimo de conforto na hora de descanso no hotel.

En realidad no es un hotel. Es una posada turistica. El anfitrion es muy amable y la ubicacion es perfecta. Tiene puntos a favor como la ubicacion, frente al mar, cerca al aeropuerto, cerca a restaurantes /// lo malo ... las habitaciones tienen un A/C que hace demasiado ruido, no tienen nevera en la habitacion y no dan toalla para el mar. Aunque en San Andres casi todo es caro, nos parecio un poco excesivo tener que pagar tambien para guardar las maletas el dia del check out por 2 horas (no lo hicimos).

Muy buena experiencia

Excelente atención por parte de los chicos del hotel a los huéspedes, el gerente muy atento y cálido hasta nos acompaño a buscar un taxi para que no seamos estafados. Destacó toda la atención y servicios en general. Excelente ubicación y prestaciónes acordes por relación precio calidad.
