Demora en el check in

Al llegar tuvimos que esperar 2 horas y media para que nos abrieran la puerta. Llamamos mil veces al número que nos habían dado y no contestaban. Unas personas que estaban hospedadas nos dieron otro número y al fin contestaron y mandaron a una persona media hora después. La casa está a una calle del mar y a 15 minutos caminando del centro. Hay supermercado cerca y restaurantes locales.

Hotel longe do centro

O hotel é longe do centro,uma caminhada de uns 15 minutos, o quarto é bem quente somente um ventilador,depois descobrimos que havia hoteis no centro com ar,com um valor abaixo. O quarto também havia mal cheiro.

Los dueños nos atendieron muy bien, aunque tuvimos que esperar como 40 minutos para que llegaran,la habitación es oscura ya que da hacía una pared no tiene mesita de luz, tampoco tiene para lavar, el internet aveces no funcionaba desde la habitación sólo en la salita de espera.

NAO RESERVEM

Assim que chegamos tivemos que aguardar para a pessoa fazer o nosso check-in pois nao tem ninguém lá. Isso é mais uma casa adequada para alugar quartos do que uma pousada nativa. A responsável foi, cobrou e só voltamos a vê-la quando outros hospedes chegaram. Nao teve trato gentil com a gente e só focaram no fato do pagamento adiantado e que na hora do check out nao poderiamos deixar a nossa bagagem aí por nao ter ninguem. Os outros hospedes que falams tambem se sentiram lesados. Nao tem café da manha , mas tem cozinha; o banheiro é abafado e nao é decente, nao tem pressao de água e nao tem chuveiro, é um cano só. Nao recomendaria para ninguem este Sheyllas Place e devem ter cuidado ja que tem outras pousadas Sheylla's aqui em San Andrés. Eles só querem lucrar com o turista. Tem outras pousadas que sao bem melhores do que esta.

Deve ser o pior local de San Andres....

Minha hospedagem (e de meus amigos) foi EXTREMAMENTE desagradável. Havíamos solcitado um quarto no qual informava 1 cama de casal e 1 beliche. Estávamos em 3 amigos (todos homens). Quando chegamos no hotel, nosso quarto era de apenas 1 cama casal e 1 solteiro, ou seja, 2 teriam que dividir 1 cama casal. Conversamos com o proprietário do hotel e ele não quis nem saber do nosso problema, simplesmente nos ignorou e informou que não devolveria o dinheiro independente de estar errado. Ficamos muito frustados com a situação e a minha recomendação e de que ninguém reserve la´. Há um pousada de frente com o Sheylas que se chama Colors Of Sea (além de ser muito bem estrutura, o proprietário é extremamente atencioso e nos ajudou muito)

Buena experiencia

Fue mi primera experiencia en una posada turistica y fue bien agradable, es un lugar acogedor y tiene cocina disponible para huespedes, es un lugar tranquilo y limpio, la ubicacion es muy buena y el precio es muy comodo para aquellos q solo requieren descansar en las noches y salir a disfrutar de la isla en el dia

Recomendado 100% volvería a hospedarme alla

Recomiendo la posada (Hostal) esta bien ubicada en un buen sector de la isla esta cerca al centro y a las playas principales de la isla. Caminando se demora uno de 15 a 20 minutos hasta las playas y el centro. Los administradores (dueños) fueron muy atentos, la habitación es cómoda no tiene aire acondicionado pero si tiene ventilador, el baño es compartido pero es limpio, diariamente le hacen aseo a la habitación y al baño, hay cocina con nevera, horno microondas, cocina a gas y agua en botellon para cocinar, en general volvería a hospedarme allá lo recomiendo para gente que no cuenta con mucho presupuesto, es una buena opción para ir a pasar unos días de vacaciones y ahorrar dinero para gastar en otras cosas como por ejemplo el alquiler de una moto para recorrer la isla.

TODO FUE MUY INTERESANTE, LA ISLA BONITA. REFERENTE AL HOTEL, TUVIMOS UN IMPASE CON EL TAXISTA EL PRIMER DIA, PORQUE NO TENIAMOS CLARA LA DIRECCION DEL HOSTAL Y TERMINO LLEVANDONOS A OTRO BARRIO, LA COMUNICACIÓN DE PARTE DE LOS ADMINISTRADORES FUI INSUFICIENTE PARA ESTE TEMA. OTRO ASPECTO QUE NO PUDIMOS CONOCER CON ANTERIORIDAD ES QUE NOS PIDIERON QUE DESALOJÁRAMOS EL LUGAR DESDE LAS 2 PM Y QUE NO ERA POSIBLE QUE NOS AYUDARAN CON EL EQUIPAJE POR LO CUAL TUVIMOS QUE ESTAR EN EL AEROPUERTO MAS DE 12 HORAS PARA NUESTRO VUELO, CON SUS RESPECTIVAS INCOMODIDADES, RECOMEDARIA QUE PRESTARAN ESTE APOYO A LOS TURISTAS PARA NO DEJARLOS EN LA CALLE MIENTRAS LLEGA SU VUELO. GRACIAS

A pousada e bem simples como esperado. Mas o atendimento foi maravilhoso e o valor ficou bem abaixo dos hotéis na cidade. Quanto a limpeza estava sempre em ordem e mesmo sendo banheiro coletivo sempre limpo.

Very basic accommodation, far too expensive for this place, could do better elsewhere for what you pay, having said that, I couldn't fault the hospitality and help of the owner with regrads to giving us a lift and pointing us in the right direction.
